The cost to rent the laser tag equipment is $10 and six AA batteries per unit for a three day rental. (A unit is one laser tag gun and vest.)
Payment is due when you receive the equipment. If the equipment is being shipped, it will be shipped after payment is received.
New batteries are installed in the equipment before it is delivered to you. Replacement batteries are due when the equipment is returned (six AA per unit), and should be new in packages. Please do not attempt to install batteries in the equipment. You may opt to pay a battery reimbursement fee of $1.50 per unit instead of returning new AA batteries with the equipment (thus making your rental $11.50 per unit, with no batteries due upon return of the equipment.)
Normally one unit per person is purchased; however, if you are going to be running several different activities at one time, you can rent less units than the number of persons at your activity. (Example: Thirty people are attending your function, but only fifteen at a time will be playing laser tag. You will only need to rent fifteen units for this function.)
Delivery of the rented equipment is free if you are picking up the equipment from designated pick-up areas. If you would prefer to have the equipment delivered directly to your location, the cost is .45 cents per mile. You can also choose to have the equipment shipped to your location; only actual shipping costs will be charged. The amount of shipping is calculated after the amount of units and shipping distance has been determined.
We will ship anywhere in the contiguous United States; the standard UPS fee for insurance will be added to the shipping cost. The amount depends on the number of units you are renting, but the cost for shipping insurance for the average rental is $5.00.
We accept cash, check, or a money order. If you are mailing payment, please only send a check or a money order. Thank you!
